Multilingual QA Reviewer – Audio Conversations – $13/hr
What You’ll Do
- Review recorded voice conversations for quality and policy compliance
- Approve or reject audio tracks based on clear guidelines
- Maintain consistency across high volumes of reviews
- Surface edge cases, abuse patterns, or unclear criteria to the team
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual fluency required: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking 2 or more languages
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Comfortable listening to and evaluating long-form audio
- Able to follow structured rules and apply them consistently
- Reliable, self-directed, and responsive
- Prior experience in QA, content moderation, or audio review is a plus
Bonus: If you speak a language from one of these places (not limited to):
- Asia (South, East, Southeast, or Central)
- Africa (North, West, East, or Southern)
- The Middle East
- Europe
- Latin America and/or the Caribbean
- and/or are fluent with any Indigenous, Creole, or Pidgin language
Expectations
- Consistent daily availability
- Ability to review large volumes of audio efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Meet turnaround expectations (most reviews completed within 48–72 hours)
- Willingness to adjust based on feedback and evolving guidelines
Compensation
- Volume-based pay tied to audio reviewed ($15-$30 per hour worked usually)
- Rates are competitive and may increase during periods of high demand
- Paid regularly and on time
