Doss Metrics is a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping local businesses generate more leads through websites, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, paid advertising, automation, and social media marketing.
We primarily work with home service companies, medical practices, contractors, and local businesses throughout Texas and beyond.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team member who can assist with website content updates, SEO tasks, social media posting, and various digital marketing projects.

Position Overview
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, tech-savvy, and able to follow instructions carefully. You will assist with day-to-day digital marketing tasks across multiple client accounts.
This is a remote position with flexible hours, but responsiveness and communication are extremely important.

Responsibilities
– Assist with website edits and updates
– Upload and format blog content
– Help optimize website pages for SEO
– Create and schedule social media posts
– Write captions and descriptions for social media content
– Assist with Google Business Profile posts and updates
– Organize marketing assets and client information
– Coordinate with management on ongoing marketing campaigns
– Perform basic research related to SEO and competitors
– Help maintain branding consistency across platforms

Preferred Qualifications
– Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
– Familiarity with WordPress or website builders
– Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube posting
– Strong written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and stay organized
– Reliable internet connection and computer
– Attention to detail is VERY important
– Graphic design experience is a plus
– Experience with Canva, GoHighLevel, Keap, WordPress, or Google Business Profiles is a plus
