YouTube Writer & Strategist (UFC) | The Fighting Business – $50-$200 Per Project




I’m looking for a YouTube Writer (UFC) who helps build the story structure and narrative spine of long-form UFC videos.

This role is about how the story is built, not fancy wording.

I will personalize the script in my own voice — your job is to create the baseline structure that makes the video work.

You’ll be helping shape videos around:

  • A clear core idea
  • Strong hooks
  • Escalation
  • Proper sequencing
  • A powerful ending

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Deeply understand the UFC (rankings, matchmaking, politics, controversies)
  • Understand how YouTube videos succeed (retention, payoff, virality)
  • Think in ideas, structure, and progression, not poetic language
  • Can take a stance and build an argument
  • Are comfortable being direct and opinionated

You must understand how YouTube storytelling works. This role requires experience building scripts for the algorithm — strong hooks, proper teases, narrative flow, and knowing what to reveal and what to hold back to maintain retention. This is not article writing. You also need solid UFC knowledge and be an active fan, so we can brainstorm ideas and structure stories that are built to perform and go viral on YouTube.
