Social Media Manager at OC Marketing Media – $1,500.00 per month
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help us with social media scheduling, graphics, client coordination, and onboarding. You’ll work closely with our content team and social media manager to keep everything organized and on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing 6 client Instagram pages (and more in the future)
- Downloading and organizing content from Dropbox or Google Drive
- Uploading content into Later, Metricool, or similar schedulers
- Making basic graphics and carousel posts in Canva
- Creating and maintaining content calendars
- Scheduling reels, posts, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Sending monthly analytics reports
- Light community management (replying to comments and DMs)
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and obtaining branding kits
This is a role with growth potential. As you prove your consistency and attention to detail, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more strategic or creative responsibilities.
Skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Familiar with Later, or Loomly
- Comfortable managing 6+ accounts at once
- Organized and proactive — strong follow-through on assigned tasks
- Canva experience (carousel posts, IG stories, quote graphics, etc.)
- Expert with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Familiar with Monday.com or similar project tools
- Own your computer and have fast, reliable internet
