What We’re Seeking:
We are in search of a dynamic, self-motivated Social Media Specialist with a strong passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media and is an expert on the trends and nuance surrounding Meta and TikTok. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with a focus on the digital/social media side of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and scheduling engaging content (photos, videos, captions, Stories, Reels) across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Maintaining a consistent posting cadence and brand voice for each client
- Monitoring comments, DMs, and reviews — responding in a timely, on-brand manner
- Creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that highlights menu items, behind-the-scenes moments, promotions, and events
- Collaborating with clients and our team to plan content around seasonal menus, special events, and promotions
- Tracking key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and providing monthly performance recaps
Candidate qualifications:
- 2+ years of social media management experience, ideally in food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video content (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for brand voice
- Highly organized — able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with restaurant or food & beverage brands
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Familiarity with paid social advertising
Compensation:
- Hourly or fixed fee per account
- Contractor/Freelancer (with full-time opportunities)
