Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Brand Sharks, you’ll own day-to-day posting and basic performance reporting for 5–10 client accounts that post daily. You’ll make sure approved content actually goes live, looks right, and feeds useful data back to strategy.
You are the bridge between approved content and real-world publishing.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other requested socials for 5–10 accounts
- Maintain organized content calendars and posting queues
- Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, etc) and keep reporting sheets up to date with insights
- Keep branding, captions, tags, and thumbnails consistent platform to platform, and on-brief
Requirements
- Proven experience as a social media manager for brands or creators
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube posting flows and platform best practices
- Highly organized, reliable, and responsive

- You actively run your own social channels and can show real growth from consistent posting
