We are seeking a proactive and experienced Social Media Engagement Coordinator to manage our social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter during business hours. This role is responsible for monitoring engagement, sharing posts with relevant audiences, and tagging industry-related organizations to maximize visibility and impact.
Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage social media posts throughout the business day.
· Monitor engagement and interactions, ensuring timely responses.
· Share posts with relevant audiences to expand reach.
· Tag industry-relevant organizations to enhance visibility.
· Strategically amplify organic posts to increase engagement.
Requirements
· Proven experience in social media management.
· Strong understanding of engagement strategies and content development.
· Familiarity with tagging best practices on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
· Ability to analyze post-performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Hours & Commitment
· Approximately 4-5 hours of work per day during business hours.
