Literature Specialist – $50/hr




Position: Literature Specialist (Narrative & Thematic Evaluation)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40–$50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous




 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses to literary analysis prompts for accuracy and depth.
  • Assess narrative comprehension, including character development, plot coherence, and thematic synthesis.
  • Analyze how AI systems interpret symbolic elements, motifs, and emotional cues.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback on strengths and gaps in AI literary understanding.
  • Support refinement of AI performance across novels, essays, creative nonfiction, and long-form journalism.

 

Requirements:

  • Background in literature, creative writing, journalism, or a related humanities discipline.
  • Strong analytical reading and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to assess complex narrative structures and thematic depth.
  • Excellent written communication and clarity in evaluative feedback.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
