You will ensure that all content is grammatically correct, aligned with brand guidelines, and compliant with MLR standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop and source new content from existing materials while ensuring alignment with audience (HCC/HCP) and channel strategy.
- Maintain organized annotations throughout the creative process to facilitate efficient submissions.
- Comply with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the agile team, including senior copywriter and designers, to achieve project objectives and contribute to campaign creative strategies.
- Implement client and MLR feedback accurately while ensuring consistency of brand messaging and data accuracy.
- Actively engage in the co-creation process and participate in daily scrum activities for status updates, adding value through inquiries and suggestions.
- Attend MLR review, as needed.
- Leverage understanding of customers, products, and therapeutic areas to create copy that resonates with target personas.
- Provide relevant reference support and calculations, ensuring our approach aligns with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Work effectively in a highly collaborative remote environment while adjusting content based on stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience writing and editing pharmaceutical marketing materials for HCPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to tailor writing style to diverse audiences and media.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of PromoMats is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable.
