Faceless YouTube Scriptwriter (Spanish Channel) | Red Profunda – $20-$40 Per Project

We are launching a long-term faceless YouTube channel focused on documentary-style storytelling in Spanish.

The channel produces 18–22 minute investigative videos built around structured research, strong narrative flow, and audience retention. The tone is intelligent, calm, and professional — similar to high-quality documentary YouTube channels.

We are looking for a skilled scriptwriter who can transform detailed outlines and research notes into compelling, spoken-word scripts designed specifically for long-form YouTube.

You will be responsible for:

  • Writing 2,600–3,100 word scripts
  • Structuring content for retention (strong hooks, tension, pacing)
  • Writing in natural, spoken Spanish (Latin American neutral)
  • Delivering 4 scripts per month consistently or more

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to help build a serious documentary brand from the ground up.

Ideal Candidate

  • Is fluent in Spanish with strong storytelling ability
  • Has experience writing long-form YouTube scripts (15+ minutes)
  • Understands documentary-style pacing and structure
  • Can build tension without exaggeration or sensationalism
  • Knows how to write for spoken delivery (not academic or blog style)
  • Can follow research guidelines and avoid inventing claims
  • Is reliable with deadlines and open to feedback

Job Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish writing ability
  • Ability to write 2,600–3,100 word scripts
  • Deliver 4 scripts per month consistently or more

  • Willingness to revise and refine scripts based on feedback
