This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Mexico, provided you are within three hours of the Pacific Time Zone.
We’re looking for a collaborative, data-driven creative thought leader with strong human and business instincts to work as a Brand / Creative Strategist.
This multifaceted position blends strategic social media programming, sharp editorial oversight, and rigorous project management. You will coordinate complex content pipelines and be directly responsible for the social media success of the customer stories captured at the creative studio.

You’ll lead the social and content strategy for a video-driven storytelling program, owning how content is shaped, distributed, and optimized across channels. This includes developing tailored amplification plans for each story, managing YouTube and social presence, and working closely with production partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs.
You’ll play a strong editorial role—reviewing video cuts, refining narratives, and maintaining a consistent storytelling standard across all content. You’ll also support quick-turn content needs (such as short cutdowns or sizzle reels) to drive timely visibility around launches and events.
On the operations side, you’ll track performance, report on results, prepare internal newsletters, and occasionally support smaller-scale activations at regional events or conferences. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in social media and content strategy, particularly in shaping and distributing video-led stories. You bring excellent writing and editorial judgment, are comfortable giving clear creative feedback, and can manage multiple projects and timelines with confidence.
You’re able to take complex or technical ideas and translate them into clear, engaging content for different audiences and platforms. Experience repurposing long-form content into social-friendly formats is a big plus.
Just as important, you’re collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership from idea through execution.
