About the Role
We’re seeking AI Red Teaming Generalists to help test and improve cutting-edge generative AI models and applications. This entry-level position is perfect for strong writers and analytical thinkers interested in the intersection of technology, safety, and communication.
You’ll design creative and challenging prompts, evaluate model outputs for accuracy and safety, and clearly document findings to support responsible AI development.
What You’ll Do
- Create prompts to test AI behavior in complex or sensitive scenarios.
- Review and assess model outputs across text, image, video, audio, and agentic tasks.
- Identify factual inaccuracies, unsafe outputs, or misleading claims.
- Write clear, concise evaluations and document results in structured formats.
- Collaborate with peers and leads to meet quality and project deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent writing-focused experience (e.g., journalism, copywriting, editing, education).
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, and style.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort working with potentially sensitive or graphic material.
- Dependable, organized, and collaborative approach to work.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Writing-intensive fields (journalism, editing, education, content creation).
- Experience with content moderation, gaming communities, or digital cultures.
- Interest in AI/ML technology and its societal impact.
