We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Technical Writer to help document the next generation of mechatronic systems and sustainable packaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including engineering specifications, user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Document detailed mechanism descriptions and operational procedures. Manage and update internal wikis with current technical information, best practices, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and sustainability experts to gather technical information and translate it into clear, concise, and accessible content.
- Develop documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring consistency and alignment with style and branding guidelines.
- Support the development of visual content such as diagrams, schematics, and process flows to enhance understanding.
- Manage documentation lifecycle: authoring, reviewing, publishing, and updating content as technologies evolve.
- Contribute to knowledge management initiatives and help scale documentation best practices across the MSP org.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in engineering, robotics, automation, or packaging industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and usability.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and translating complex concepts into user-friendly documentation.
