We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media management tools, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Illustrator to design visually appealing graphics for posts.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in SEO best practices to enhance organic reach.
- Assist in public relations efforts by promoting brand stories and announcements through social channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and public relations tactics is a plus.
