We’re looking for a true creative — someone who lives and breathes content, can spot trends before they blow up, and knows how to revamp and grow channels in a way that feels fresh, fun, and scroll-stopping. Key Duties
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ideate and produce viral-worthy short-form videos, photos, and graphics that showcase the thrill of unboxing.
- Keep the content calendar packed with innovative, on-trend, and brand-aligned posts.
- Channel Growth & Revamp
- Audit and refresh our current socials to elevate storytelling and engagement.
- Identify new trends, formats, and opportunities to expand reach and boost visibility.
- Experiment with fresh hooks, creative formats, and campaigns designed to go viral.
- Community & Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and foster authentic community interaction.
- Build strong relationships with our audience by keeping our tone fun, approachable, and “in on the surprise.”
- Leverage user-generated content and customer stories to strengthen trust and relatability.
- Analytics & Performance
- Track performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy.
- Provide regular reporting on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize for growth.
- Collaboration & Creative Direction
- Work closely with our team to ensure content matches brand vision and goals.
- Pitch bold, innovative campaigns — from influencer collabs to experimental series.
- Bring big-picture ideas while still executing the nitty-gritty daily content needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube experience strongly preferred).
- Solid video editing skills (you should be able to cut, edit, and polish content for a fast-paced, short-form environment).
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Ability to think creatively and take risks with content while staying on-brand.
- Must be able to come to our warehouse in Ocala 1 day per week to capture raw content, get inspired, and immerse yourself in the world of unclaimed packages.
- Comfortable working independently but collaborative with a team.
- Data-driven mindset — you know how to read analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- A natural trend-spotter who lives on social and knows what’s next before everyone else.
