Social Media Copywriter
We’re looking for a highly experienced lead copywriter to shape the social narrative for a portfolio of exceptional travel brands and hotels across the U.S. and worldwide. This is a key role within our team, suited for someone with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and a track record of bringing brands to life through voice, culture, and story.
You’ll be the voice behind some of the most exciting names in hospitality—translating tone, location, and experience into editorial-quality copy that connects with guests and drives engagement across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of compelling organic social content for global and U.S.-based travel and hotel brands across Instagram, Facebook, and (on occasion) Twitter.
- Translate complex brand tone-of-voice guidelines into fresh, engaging copy that aligns with brand strategy and performance metrics.
- Build a deep editorial understanding of each client’s identity and ensure their narrative is distinct and consistent across all platforms.
- Stay plugged into the local culture, seasonal moments, and guest mindset in each city or region our clients call home—crafting posts that reflect both property and place.
- Occasionally support visual content by selecting or pairing images with your copy.
- Contribute to ongoing tone-of-voice refinement, content testing, and engagement optimization through insight and experimentation.
What We’re Looking For
- A seasoned copywriter with 5+ years of experience, including luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated success creating guest-focused content, either in-house at a hotel brand or within a creative agency environment.
- Experience managing or contributing to editorial calendars and understanding the nuances of organic social across platforms.
- An editorial thinker who combines creativity with precision—someone who respects punctuation as much as punchlines.
- A natural cultural observer with a passion for travel, place-based storytelling, and voice-led brand building.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and energized by a fast-paced, collaborative team culture.
