As a Social Media Manager at Pioneer Youth, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and connecting with our community across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content that aligns with our mission, while also monitoring performance and helping grow our reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Write engaging copy and design visuals (or coordinate with design tools/teams) to support campaigns and announcements.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and thoughtful way.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to align social media with program goals and organizational messaging.
- Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Ensure all social media activity reflects Pioneer Youth’s values, voice, and brand guidelines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.29 – $36.84 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
