We were tired of only a select few getting the mics, so we set out to help leaders, founders, executives, etc, become well-known thought leaders. Most of our clients are PoC who have years of stories and expertise to share with the world in order to build a larger personal brand, but more importantly, impact the world.
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, client-facing writer who can turn conversations into compelling LinkedIn content. You’ll own the relationship with 5 clients, becoming obsessed with their stories, their industries, and their goals. This isn’t a role where you sit behind a screen—you’ll be on calls, asking questions like a journalist, building strategy like a consultant, and writing content that drives real business results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client strategy calls with authority and confidence (clients need to trust you from day one)
- Listen actively during conversations and know exactly what follow-up questions to ask
- Write LinkedIn posts and long-form content that sound authentically like your clients
- Stay connected to your clients’ worlds—spot relevant news, trends, and opportunities they should weigh in on
- Develop content strategies that generate leads and build audiences
- Use AI tools effectively while maintaining a strong editorial voice
- Manage 5-10 client relationships end-to-end

Requirements
- Experience in journalism, content writing, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable being on video calls and leading conversations
- Strong writing portfolio (we want to see your range)
- Ability to shift voices—writing for different clients in their authentic style
