His content spans personal transformation, consciousness exploration, business psychology, and entrepreneurial mindset work.
David has the content, charisma, and proven methodology to become this generation’s leading voice in transformation and business building.
The Momentum is Real:
We’ve been working with David for 3 months and just delivered his best performing month of all time. We’ve doubled his subscriber growth rate over the last 28 days. Now we want to scale even harder – better content, more strategic positioning, and launching a new business-focused channel.
But here’s the thing – potential means nothing without execution. We need someone who can see this vision and wants to help build it.
What You’re Really Signing Up For:
This isn’t just a scriptwriting gig. You’re joining the content team of what is already (and will become more so) a major media company. You’ll be involved in:
- Writing scripts that turn David’s transformational concepts into must-watch YouTube content
- Helping launch a new business-focused channel (our “Joe Dispenza meets Alex Hormozi” concept)
- Strategic input on content direction and audience development
- Building systems and processes as we scale from 175k to millions of subscribers
This will be a lot of work. David has big ambitions, we’re moving fast, and the standards are high.

What You’ll Actually Do:
📝 Script Development (Main role)
- Write retention-optimized scripts for 15-45 minute videos (both main channel and potentially the new business channel)
- Capture David’s authentic voice while maximizing watchability
- Create intros that keep people watching
🎯 Strategic Content Planning
- Collaborate with our team on content strategy and audience development
- Research trending topics in personal development, consciousness work, business psychology, and transformation
- Help identify viral content opportunities and evergreen topic clusters
- Contribute to new channel development and positioning
🧠 Audience & Creator Deep Dive
- Deep-dive into comments, analytics, and audience feedback
- Become deeply familiar with David’s methodology, audience, and transformation approach
- Help craft messaging that converts viewers into deeper engagement with David’s ecosystem
