- Developing a daily and weekly sales-driven content strategy
- Creating carousels that sell—not just educate
- Extracting hooks from our massive library of high-value video content
- Turning those hooks into reels, shorts, and swipe-worthy captions
- Building storytelling sequences across Stories that drive engagement and conversions
- Creating organic strategies that get results (not trends recycled from 2021)
- Testing, tracking, and iterating content with a focus on ROI and engagement
- Posting consistently and communicating results back to the team
- Helping position The 30% Rule as the undisputed authority in hospitality growth

- Lives and breathes social media strategy, not just aesthetics
- Has a proven track record of growing audiences and converting them into customers
- Thinks in hooks, understands scroll-stopping psychology, and can structure high-converting posts
- Knows how to reverse-engineer viral content for our industry and our buyer
- Is on the cutting edge of what’s working right now—not what worked last year
- Has experience building organic funnels through Stories, carousels, and captions
- Can take initiative, work fast, and handle daily volume without burning out
- Is obsessed with results, not vanity metrics
- Understands restaurant industry culture or is hungry to learn it fast
