Job Title: Production Professional – Quality Control Proofreader (Remote, US)

Job Type:40 hour weekly W2 Contract
Length: 6 month extendible contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader to join our Quality Control team within the Marketing, Regulatory, and Operational Communications organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of member-facing communications related to enrollment, billing, pharmacy, and prescription information.
Responsibilities:
- Review communications for branding, spelling, grammar, content, and formatting to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Apply knowledge of Medicare marketing guidelines and internal regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with authoring and channel build teams to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Recommend improvements to workflows and quality assurance procedures.
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and minimizing delays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in communications, proofreading, or related quality control roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for enhancing consumer experiences through high-quality content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Medicare marketing guidelines.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance industries.
