Proofreader

Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Proofreader to assist on a quarterly, ongoing basis.

Overview: – Duration: once per quarter
– Start date: mid-late February 2026
– Hours/week: estimated around 15 hours/week for 3 weeks, once per quarter
– Location: remote, must reside in the US

We are seeking a meticulous Proofreader to review large disclosure booklets (100+ pages) for accuracy and consistency. This role ensures error-free deliverables that align with brand standards.

Responsibilities: – Review grammar, punctuation, and formatting for accuracy and consistency.
– Ensure compliance with brand standards and deliver polished, error-free documents.

Qualifications: – Must have experience working in Workfront
– Comfortable working in a flex capacity; not steady day-to-day.
– Financial industry and/or regulated industry experience is preferred but not required
– Exceptional attention to detail and strong language skills.
– Proven experience proofreading large documents (100+ pages).
– Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.

Timing & Hours: – Quarterly cadence, typically at the end of the design process.
– Hours per week vary; they are hoping you can provide a rough hourly estimate after each project kickoff.
