What You’ll Get

This isn’t your typical marketing role. You’ll be part strategist, part storyteller, part sidekick — helping bring ideas to life across social, email, and beyond.
Who I’m Looking For
I need my ride-or-die creative partner — the Robin to my branding Batman. Someone who can roll up their sleeves, think ahead, and make magic happen without being micromanaged.
You’re the type who:
- Knows how to make a caption feel like a conversation
- Loves connecting online but knows it’s about connection, not clout
- Can switch between strategy and creative flow easily
- Is organized, proactive, and handles feedback like a pro
- Believes good work shouldn’t come at the cost of your sanity
- Isn’t afraid to have fun with content — personality is your secret weapon
What You’ll Do
- Post and schedule content (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with communities in a real, human way — no fake “Love this! ” comments
- Help with email marketing (setup, scheduling, light editing)
- Edit blog posts and optimize them using AI and SEO tools
- Brainstorm and edit video content for reels and stories
- Keep track of analytics and report what’s working
- Keep every detail on-brand, on-tone, and on point
Tools You’ll Use
- HoneyBook – client and project management
- Google Drive – for file organization and teamwork
- Planable – for scheduling social content
- Adobe Creative Suite + Canva – for design and editing
- ChatGPT / AI tools – for support (never to replace your brain)
Don’t stress if you haven’t used them all — I’ll train you in my process. What matters is that you’re sharp, adaptable, and ready to dive in.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in social media, marketing, or creative management (or proven portfolio)
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Wix or FloDesk
- Comfortable reading analytics and tracking ROI
- Excellent writing and editing skills (bonus if you’re witty)
- Reliable communication and a strong sense of accountability
- Experience with women-led or creative brands = big bonus
