Long-Form YouTube Scriptwriter | Matthew Lepre – $150-$300 Per Project
About the Job
We’re looking for a Long-Form YouTube Scriptwriter to take full ownership of our 15–30 minute educational videos. You’ll be responsible for researching topics, developing angles, and writing complete scripts that are engaging, natural, and easy for a non-actor to deliver on camera.
The content focuses on business, online education, and problem/solution topics, helping viewers solve real challenges, overcome objections, and build trust in our programs. This is not ad copywriting, it’s storytelling and authority-building through long-form content.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience writing long-form YouTube scripts (15–30 mins).
- Strong research skills – able to turn a theme or keyword into a compelling script.
- Excellent storytelling ability: Hook → Problem/Context → Story/Education → Solution/Framework → CTA.
- Can generate video ideas, titles, and thumbnail concepts that attract clicks and keep viewers engaged.
- Writes in a clear, conversational style (like speaking to one person).
Job Requirements
- 1+ years in YouTube scriptwriting or similar.
- Ability to deliver 2–4 scripts per month (with 5–10 title/idea suggestions).
- Fluent English writing skills.
- Reliable, meets deadlines, and responsive to feedback.
Rate: $150–$300 per script depending on experience.
