We are currently seeking an experienced Elementary Math Content Writer (Grades K–5) to join our team on a project basis.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational publishing and curriculum development, with a focus on writing for elementary math. You’ll collaborate with curriculum leads and editors to develop engaging, standards-aligned instructional content for school-level use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop instructional content for Grades K–5 math, including lessons, practice items, assessments, and teacher support materials.
 - Align content with relevant educational standards (e.g., Common Core or state-specific standards).
 - Ensure content is developmentally appropriate, clear, and pedagogically sound.
 - Revise and adapt content based on editorial and SME feedback.
 - Collaborate remotely with a cross-functional team of editors, instructional designers, and project managers.
 
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in educational content or curriculum writing, preferably in K–5 mathematics.
 - Prior experience in educational publishing or edtech content development.
 - Strong understanding of elementary math pedagogy and learning progressions.
 - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
 - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
 - Must be US-based.
