Junior Technical Writer
Our Technical Writing team creates the documentation and experiences that help marketers, publishers, and developers connect with their audiences, achieve better results, and grow through data-driven insights. The team is responsible for producing high-quality content across interactive experiences, help centers, system-generated communications, and API documentation.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Writer who has experience in crafting clear, concise and user-focused UI and API technical documentation that drives product adoption and enhances the user experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to nearly every stage of the product development process – writing and editing content that empowers users to reach their goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales teams to deliver engaging, well-structured documentation and learning materials.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality API and UI documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Update and maintain help center documentation, in-app messaging (UI text, tooltips, notifications), and review learning management system materials, while also supporting newsletter content.
- Update and create content with a consistent style, with a strong focus on single-sourcing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience writing API and UI documentation, with particular emphasis on API content.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and explain them in a clear, accessible way.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience documenting enterprise-level workflows.
- Familiarity with B2B or advertising software.
- Proficiency with help authoring tools and content management systems.
