Facebook Ads Creative Designer | Visual Editor & Copywriter

Superspace is an award-winning DTC toy startup that manufactures and sells modular magnetic playsets.

We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on, and results-driven Facebook Ads Expert who is equally skilled in ideation, design, copywriting, and editing of Facebook Ads and social content — and has hands-on experience in UGC creator and influencer discovery, outreach, briefing, and management.

You’ll own the entire lifecycle of the content creation process of our paid social ads — from concept through execution — while building scalable systems to support ongoing content creation and creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities –

1. Facebook Ads Creative Strategy

  • Expert knowledge of best practices and current trends in Facebook/Instagram ads
  • Develop winning ad concepts/themes aligned with brand and product principles
  • Hands-on design / creation / editing of new ads and social posts
  • Analyse performance data to inform creative iterations

2. Creative Production & Copywriting

  • Write engaging ad copy tailored to different audience segments
  • Design and create high-performing ads and social posts (images, videos, GIFs, carousels)
  • Posting to social channels
  • Build and manage content creation workflows and maintain an organised creative asset library

3. UGC & Influencer Management

  • Discover, source, brief, and manage UGC creators
  • Identify and manage influencers for campaigns (including experience with affiliate marketing programs)
  • Oversee content quality, brand alignment, and deliverables

4. Process & System Development

  • Build efficient systems for creative asset storage, versioning, and reporting
  • Implement clear processes for creator and influencer collaboration

Requirements –

  • Proven experience creating and managing successful Facebook and Instagram ad creatives and campaigns
  • Experience working in fast-paced eCommerce or DTC startup environments
  • Strong design and video editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
  • Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators and influencers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with performance analytics

  • Experience in affiliate marketing programs

Job Type:Contract. 30-40 hours a week extending to full time.
