Full-Time Copywriter – $75,000 a year
Summary
We’re looking for a copywriter who can do it all: ads, landing pages, and video scripts. Someone who can write like they’re crafting a Super Bowl commercial, bold, creative, unforgettable, while also knowing how to drive measurable results.
But this role isn’t just about output. We need someone who can shape, evolve, and protect our brand voice, and help us tell a bigger story. You’ll work closely with our core team to shape positioning and messaging strategy, ensuring our mission is communicated clearly and consistently.
This isn’t a role for freelancers who write. It’s for a copywriter who wants to own the voice of a brand, produce at a high pace, and make an impact with every word.
About Us
We are in the legal industry building a platform that makes legal help more affordable and accessible to the average working-class family. Right now, millions of hardworking people cannot afford an attorney and therefore do not have the access they need to our justice system. We are changing this by educating lawyers on a business model that allows them to serve these families in a way that is also profitable for them and their firm.
Must-Have Requirement
Do not apply unless you can provide a portfolio that includes all three of these:
- Ads (Google, Facebook, YouTube, or similar)
- Landing Pages (sales or lead generation focused)
- Video Scripts (ads, brand spots, or long-form)
Your portfolio should also include examples of:
- Writing for a brand (showing consistency of voice and positioning)
- Translating complex or highly regulated topics into clear, relatable messaging
No portfolio, no consideration.
What You’ll Do
- Write ads across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and beyond
- Develop big creative ideas and scripts for video ads with strong hooks and pacing
- Write high-converting landing pages, event invitations, and promotional materials
- Shape, evolve, and protect our brand voice across every channel
- Translate complex legal services into simple, relatable, and human messaging for both clients and attorneys
- Collaborate with our leadership team to shape positioning and messaging strategy
- Continuously refine copy based on performance data and results
- Use AI as a tool when helpful, but elevate output far beyond what AI alone can do
- Craft stories that connect, carrying a narrative from first ad through landing page, emails, and beyond
What We’re Looking For
- A copywriter who thrives on big ideas and knows how to hook attention
- Proven experience creating copy that drives results (conversions, engagement, sales)
- Experience writing for a brand and maintaining a consistent voice
- Comfortable translating complex or highly regulated topics into clear, human messaging
- Comfortable writing across multiple formats: ads, scripts, landing pages, emails, social posts, etc.
- Someone who can learn our business deeply and translate it into copy that resonates
- A creative strategist at heart, not just a writer, but someone who understands how messaging drives performance
- Comfortable in a high-output environment, this is a full-time role where you’ll be producing copy and creative non-stop
