The International Mission Board, a nonprofit religious organization in Richmond, VA, is hiring for a Part-time Email Marketing Assistant for a temporary assignment to start immediately!!

Location: REMOTE

Schedule: 25 hours per week

The Email Marketing Assistant will be responsible for monitoring our various marketing mailboxes used for mass email distribution and responding to emails in a timely and appropriate manner. This role will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to support department goals for customer engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

Monitor mailboxes and respond to emails received in a timely and professional manner
Provide social media support by writing social media posts as well as sourcing appropriate images and videos for posting.
Escalate issues to the appropriate parties as needed.
Review & edit copy for email campaigns prior to editorial submission.
Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to convert leads to customers and customers to advocates
Support department goals for customer engagement and nourishing

Requirements:

Associate degree, preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
