We are seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Communications Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances our company’s brand presence, engages our multi-stakeholder audience, and effectively communicates our corporate messages and evolution of our goals to all external stakeholders. This role includes prep for media briefings and corporate reporting responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information. The role requires a keen attention to detail as it will also serve as project management support when it comes to the approval process and version control of documents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content for various channels including newsletters, press releases, presentation materials, social media posts, and websites
- Media Briefings: Prepare and conduct media briefings, ensuring that our company’s position and messages are clearly communicated to the press and other media outlets
- Corporate Reporting and Presentations: Support the creation of quarterly and annual corporate reporting materials and manage the approval chain throughout the process
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and corporate guidelines
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in communications
- Editorial Calendar: Manage the editorial calendar to plan and schedule content releases, ensuring timely and strategic dissemination of information
- Crisis Communication: Assist in the development and execution of crisis communication strategies when necessary
- Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven adjustments
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in content creation and writing, corporate and crisis communications, and/or media relations.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to project manage the editing and approval process timeline of key documents and maintaining version control.
- Strong understanding of media briefing and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems and digital communication tools.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

The salary range for this opportunity is $125,000- $150,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
