Digital Social Media Maverick (a.k.a. Strategist) – $65,000 – $80,000 a year
We’re on the hunt for a social media powerhouse—someone who lives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook growth, and knows how to turn “just another post” into a moment people talk about.
Social isn’t just your job, it’s your craft. You understand that real results come from strategic growth, meaningful engagement, and a brand voice that actually feels human.
If you’ve got the chops to make not only our brand shine but also help our key executives become thought leaders worth following, keep reading.
Why you’ll love this role
We’re not micromanagers. We love holding hands with our kids, partners, and spouses—but in this job, we want you to fly and soar. If you thrive on ownership, crave creative freedom, and geek out over analytics, you’ll feel right at home.
This job is for you if:
- You’ve grown your own or a company’s following (bonus if it was in B2B or with exec thought leadership content).
-
You can transform a CEO’s bullet-point notes or off-the-cuff video into a scroll-stopping LinkedIn post.
-
You know how to capture the “voice” of busy leaders and turn it into polished, engaging content that builds authority.
-
You’re fluent in translating business objectives into social strategies people actually care about.
-
You use data and insights to shape your game plan.
-
You write content that stops thumbs mid-scroll—captions, carousels, threads, an stories.
-
You’re a natural collaborator, working smoothly with remote teammates, writers, and execs.
- You know what works (and what’s just noise) on social.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the social strategy for our brand and our key executives, starting with LinkedIn, then expanding to Instagram and Facebook.
-
Build and manage a forward-looking content calendar that includes brand storytelling, campaign launches, and personal branding for execs.
-
Conduct audience research to pinpoint exactly who we’re talking to and what they care about.
-
Do competitive analysis to find our white space in the market.
-
Set clear, measurable goals for awareness, engagement, and lead gen—then smash them.
-
Develop content strategies tailored to each platform.
-
Produce executive content: ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, prep talking points for videos, and manage the capture/editing of short-form clips from podcasts, meetings, and live events.
-
Repurpose longform into shortform: clips, quote cards, carousels, and reels.
-
Track performance, interpret analytics, and refine strategies on the fly.
-
Engage with our community—because social is a conversation, not a broadcast.
-
Use tools to schedule and optimize posts for maximum reach.
- Stay trend-aware (but never trend-chasing for trend’s sake).
The vibe here:
