Candidates must be proficient in best practices and research-based instructional strategies, and able to follow a proprietary formula for cutting-edge curriculum design that ensures every unit meets our vision, pedagogical standards, and implementation requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop seven instructional units in Kindergarten Agricultural Science using the required template
- Create a comprehensive Teacher Guide and Student Guide using our proprietary components for each guide
- Adhere to the provided standards, academic vocabulary, agricultural science labs, curriculum maps, instructional framework, and scope and sequencing when creating each curriculum document
- Integrate the provided scripture references, historical accounts, and Kingdom principles into all materials in alignment with the project’s vision and framework
- Incorporate best practices and research-based instructional strategies to ensure lessons are rigorous, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for early learners
- Demonstrate a willingness to explore and enhance sustainable agricultural concepts, applying them within our End Times Education™ model
- Upload, organize, and format all materials in the Learning Management System (LMS) according to project specifications
- Meet regularly with the Curriculum & Instruction Architect to review progress, receive feedback, and ensure alignment with the proprietary curriculum design formula
- Deliver all instructional content ready for immediate implementation without the need for extensive revisions
- Adhere to all project deadlines and maintain clear, proactive communication throughout the contract term
Skills:
- Proven experience in curriculum development with high-quality instructional materials for early learners
- Strong belief in the capacity of Kindergarten students to master rigorous concepts when given the right tools and environment
- Comfortable presenting historical content through a biblical perspective that connects our cultural heritage with the narratives of biblical peoples.
- Skilled in research-based instructional strategies and maintaining quality standards within a proprietary framework
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a commitment to advancing Kingdom-focused education
Contract Term: October 1, 2025 – December 1, 2025
Total Compensation: $2,400.00 — compensation for the total project is provided after all revisions are completed and documents are finalized
