Creative Copywriter
SCRIB3 is seeking a talented, curious, and creatively sharp Copywriter to join our agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand storytelling, editorial craft, and emotionally resonant communication. You’ll be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and intelligent copy across a range of platforms—partnering with strategists, designers, and project managers to help Web3 brands speak with clarity and intent. We are primarily hiring for a full-time role, though we’re open to freelance partnerships in the immediate term.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Creative, Strategy, and Social teams to develop high-quality concepts and campaign messaging.
- Translate brand strategy into consistent tone of voice and cohesive messaging across all client touchpoints.
- Conduct research into audience behaviour, industry trends, and cultural insights to inform messaging and positioning.
- Tailor content for varied audiences and formats—understanding client goals and platform dynamics.
- Craft emotionally resonant and strategically aligned copy for a wide range of formats including: Organic and paid social, Website copy, Product descriptions, Email campaigns, Blogs and editorial content, Text/visual assets
- Edit and proofread all copy to ensure clarity, grammatical precision, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Present and articulate copy rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of editorial lines for key social platforms including:
- X/Twitter, Farcaster, TikTok, Instagram, and others.
- Build and write within editorial pillars to align with brand tone and platform requirements.
- Optimise structure and copy to fit channel-specific use cases (e.g. captions for animated visuals, headlines for performance content).
- Maintain social content calendars in alignment with broader campaign strategies.
- Keep pace with social media trends and storytelling formats—bringing new ideas and fresh thinking to the table.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver integrated creative.
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in copywriting, advertising, content, or creative communications.
- Strong creative writing skills, with an ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
- Proven experience in creative campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and tone across brands, industries, and platforms.
- Editorial confidence—especially when creating content for visual mediums.
- Strong research and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- High EQ, humility, and a collaborative approach to feedback and iteration.
- Passion for learning and a strong growth mindset.
