Qualifications:

Active professional license (LADC, LPC, LISW, LCSW, LICDC, LMFT, CADC, LCPC, etc.)

3+ years professional practice experience (clinical, educational, policy, or program delivery)

Strong pulse on emerging needs, challenges, and real-world education gaps faced by professionals in their field

Experience designing curricula, trainings, CEU Programs, or state-approved courses (live or online)

Proven ability to translate research and clinical practice into practical learning for professionals

Experience working with licensing boards, associations, SAMHSA-funded initiatives, or regulatory programs (preferred but not required)
