The Opportunity
We’re looking for Copywriters, Recruitment Marketing (Contract, Remote) who can blend talent insights with creative storytelling to attract the right people. Writers who understand how great messaging drives interest, strengthens employer brand, and helps candidates see themselves in a role and organization.
In this contract role, you’ll work with assigned clients to bring their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and talent story to life. You’ll craft clear, compelling, candidate-focused content across a wide range of formats — from job postings, recruitment ads, and career site copy to recruiter toolkits, social content, and talent-attraction video scripts. Your work will help organizations stand out in competitive markets and engage talent at every stage of the recruitment journey.
What You’ll Do
Working collaboratively with our Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams, you will:
- Partner with clients to develop their talent story and EVP into practical Recruitment Marketing content, translating what makes their opportunities unique into compelling, candidate-focused content to clearly express who they are, why people join, and why they stay.
- Write high-impact recruitment content, including job postings, ads, career site copy, recruiter toolkits, email and social content, and presentations for hiring teams.
- Craft authentic scripts for recruitment and employer brand videos and podcasts that bring the employee experience to life.
- Collaborate with creative, content, production, and digital teams to ensure message, medium, and design are aligned and effective.
- Contribute to employer brand insights and thought leadership, including case studies, best practices, and trends in EVP and recruitment communications.
What You Bring
We’re looking for recruitment marketing professionals with strong writing ability, deep talent-attraction experience, and the ability to create content that engages candidates across the full talent lifecycle. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Exceptional recruitment-focused writing skills, with the ability to translate employer value propositions and talent insights into clear, engaging, and compelling content.
- Proven experience developing recruitment marketing materials, including EVPs, career site content, social media posts, LinkedIn and Indeed campaigns, recruiter toolkits, job postings, recruitment presentations, and creative ad copy.
- Strong capability in writing talent-attraction video and podcast scripts, telling the organization’s story in a way that resonates with prospective candidates.
- Experience supporting talent attraction across all job levels, from student and intern programs to frontline roles, specialist positions, and leadership recruitment.
- Understanding of recruitment needs across multiple job families and industries, with the ability to tailor messaging for varied roles and talent segments.
- Cross-industry experience, particularly within financial services, retail, and manufacturing, with the ability to adapt employer messaging to different market expectations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and client-side stakeholders and partners to ensure content aligns with their talent-attraction goals.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
