Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for the data-driven storyteller who can capture brand voice, craft persuasive messaging, and write high-performing copy across a variety of content channels. You should be someone who balances artistic vision with strategic thinking, loves experimenting with new formats, and can pivot between working independently and brainstorming with diverse teams. The Copywriter will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to produce impactful copy that resonates with our audiences and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for websites, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media, ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials
- Brand Voice Development: Maintain and evolve a consistent brand tone across all platforms, tailoring messaging to each target audience.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers, marketers, creators, and product teams in both structured brainstorms, spontaneous creative sessions, and data interpretation collaborations to develop integrated campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Apply best practices for search engine optimization in web copy and content creation.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct audience and market research to inform content direction and ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy.
- Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine copy for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics and adapt strategies for higher engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience, preferably in a marketing, agency, or e-commerce environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools is a plus.
- Experience using AI to enhance productivity and optimize operational efficiency is preferred
