CAT-TAG is developing the first smart GPS collar specifically designed for cats. Our mission is to protect feline explorers while providing peace of mind to their guardians. The Role

We are seeking a Copywriter to shape the voice of CAT-TAG across all touchpoints — from web and app interfaces to marketing campaigns, packaging, and product instructions. You’ll help us communicate the value of our technology in a way that’s warm, trustworthy, and easy to understand for pet owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging copy for our website, landing pages, emails, and in-app text
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered microcopy
• Craft compelling product descriptions, packaging text, and onboarding instructions
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
• Support marketing campaigns with ads, social captions, blog posts, and taglines
• Ensure clarity, empathy, and accessibility in all copy

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing for consumer tech, e-commerce, or pet-related products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of tones and content types
• Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and structure
• Ability to translate complex features into user-friendly, benefit-driven language
• Solid understanding of accessibility foundations (plain language, screen reader-friendly content)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing microcopy for apps or connected products (IoT)
• Familiarity with SEO and content strategy
