Overview

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Copywriter to support a large-scale overhaul of our corporate website. This role will focus on developing, editing, and refining content across 20+ web pages, partnering closely with design, UX, product, and marketing teams to ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned to business goals.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience writing for digital platforms within a large enterprise environment and is comfortable presenting ideas, influencing stakeholders, and helping shape content strategy. Experience writing about cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or digital assets is strongly preferred, as the website content will include technical and financial concepts that must be communicated clearly to a broad audience.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and optimize website copy to align with content strategy, brand voice, and user experience best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, UX, and marketing teams
  • Translate complex concepts and features into clear, engaging, and approachable web content
  • Prioritize and manage multiple content deliverables across concurrent projects
  • Present content recommendations and strategy to senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance content effectiveness
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all web pages

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, and editing within a large-scale or enterprise environment
  • Proven experience writing for web and digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of what resonates with users in online formats
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to present work confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
  • Portfolio of relevant writing samples required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technology or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with crypto or fintech industries
  • Experience working in a remote environment

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.

 

As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
