Copywriter, Healthpreneur – $5k/mo plus bonuses
Are you an exceptional wordsmith with a knack for crafting captivating, persuasive writing that resonates and inspires action?
We’re seeking a talented, detail-oriented copywriter to join our dynamic team and help scale the online coaching businesses of our health professional clients.
In this crucial role, you’ll be the magic maker who interviews clients, extracts their messaging and transforms our proven marketing frameworks into custom, client-specific assets. From polished webinar slide decks to high-converting email sequences and Facebook ads, your exceptional writing skills and innate ability to bring a client’s voice and unique philosophy to life will be the secret sauce that helps our clients succeed.
This is NOT for you if you would rather be a behind-the-scenes copywriter. We are a COACHING company and we put a lot of emphasis on positive client interactions. You must be comfortable interviewing clients, helping them to dial in their niche, and helping to manage the client journey.
This is also not for you if you are not already obsessed with health and wellness. It’s a huge advantage if you understand natural medicine and “root cause” concepts because almost all of the content that you write will be exploring USPs in the wellness sector.
The marketing assets will be used to help deploy a webinar funnel in their business that looks like this:
Social media ads → Webinar → Application → Phone Call
Thus, all of the assets and messaging to bring this to life is what WE want to take on and create FOR our clients.
This is not a W2 position, as this is a contractor role. Although we offer profit sharing, there are no formal benefits included in this position
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will help our client success team create and deliver these marketing-related assets for our clients. You will be client-facing (intake calls directly with clients to gather messaging-related material to create their assets) AND work behind the scenes to help create their marketing assets.
These assets include webinar slide deck (working from our proven template), automation emails, facebook ads – all in a DONE-FOR-YOU fashion for our clients. And all of these are templatized based on our years of proven frameworks. Your job will be to add each client’s individuality to these assets so they feel like their own.
Specifically, you will:
- Conduct a 30-minute “Profitable Problem” call to help clients determine their offer and get clear on their avatar
- Conduct 60-minute “Deep Dive” calls to extract each client’s individual message and gather all information necessary to create ALL of their assets
- Create all marketing-related content and assets (webinar slide deck, emails, & Facebook ads) for our clients
- Hand off final assets directly to client to ensure they are well written, positioned well, and where needed make any necessary adjustments.
RESULTS (expected outcomes)
#1 – Help complete interviews and assets (for a single client) in less than 12 days total working time without compromising quality, which includes:
- Webinar slide deck
- Webinar registration page
- 3 FB Ads
- Customized email sequence
Remember that most of this will be already templatized for you. Your job is to coach the client to extract information while confirming their “buy in” to ensure the client is happy with the direction of the project and that final assets are high quality.
#2 – Review all work for accuracy and quality (before submitting back to the team) as if it were your own that your business depended on to succeed
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English language skills
- Actively pursuing a career in copywriting with 3+ years experience coaching, content writing, editing, proofreading and direct response knowledge
- Available for full-time focus (40 hours/week)
- Emotional Intelligence – you must pick things up quickly and be able to read between the lines
- Very proficient and experienced with ChatGPT4 with ability to expand on prompts to get better, more detailed/accurate outputs
- Very proficient with Google Docs and Keynote & Powerpoint
- The secret code is HP2027
- Excellent eye for visual aesthetics & good design – messy work is not acceptable (predetermined formatting will be given to you BUT you must have a knack for “clean and simple” layout is very important to reduce wasted time fixing messy work)
- Must have a good internet connection
- Able to work under pressure, with deadlines & handle a high work volume while moving things across the finish line in a timely fashion
- Maintain open and frequent communication with team members via Slack and within our Project Management system (process.st)
- Good understanding of project management and efficient workflow processes
- Must have a positive, teamwork type of attitude, a real “people person”
- Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable”
- Highly coachable, able to absorb and apply new learning and commit to MASTERING your craft
- Strong work ethic – you must be a hard worker and always looking to get better and do better
