The Content Marketing Specialist creates engaging content to reach their respective audiences. This role is heavily focused on content creation and drives all steps of writing projects from concept to execution. The Content Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Content
Marketing Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years in a content creation and marketing role.
- A proven track record communicating products or services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proofreading ability.
- Ability to take direction and guidance.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Certifications a plus.
- Experience with Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook Advertising.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience with Pardot.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Hootsuite.
- SEO experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create compelling and persuasive marketing content to reach different audiences that educates and engages prospects to become new customers.
- Write copy related to marketing campaigns and sales documents.
- Create and conceptualize content for a variety of different mediums including digital advertising, email campaigns, articles, Books, social media posts, videos, and interactive content.
- Research complex topics and illustrate them in a way that’s informative and valuable to customers and prospects.
- Develop new ways of sharing and producing engaging content to connect with our audiences.
- Work with designers to assist in content creation, such as infographics and videos.
- All other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- Noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
- Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
