Our client is seeking an Editorial Content Developer to create long-form, article-style content for customer-facing help centers and internal knowledge bases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments, enjoys working independently, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining clarity and accuracy.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
• Draft and edit post-sale, post-onboarding content such as FAQs, how-to guides, and product documentation
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, legal, and localization teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand/style guides
• Manage content projects from discovery and research through review, localization, and publishing
• Use tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Zendesk Guide, JIRA, and Smartling
• Incorporate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT enterprise) to streamline content creation and maintain high-quality output
• Maintain consistent voice and clarity for customer self-service and agent support content
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These):
• 2–5 years of experience documenting software products; SaaS/AI product experience preferred
• Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience managing projects independently, including stakeholder collaboration
• Familiarity with CMS tools like AEM or Zendesk Guide
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, fast timelines, and changing priorities
You’ll Stand Out If You…
• Have experience writing for AI or SaaS products
• Bring knowledge of localization processes or tools (e.g., Smartling)
• Can innovate with AI-assisted content creation
• Have experience in customer experience, global support, or high-tech industries
This is a 12-month contract with potential to extend to 24 months. There may be opportunities to transition to other content development roles within the organization.
