Community & Listening Coordinator, Social Media – $55,000-$68,000/yr
Our client, a leader in the Gaming industry, is looking for an entry-level to early-career Community & Listening Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about gaming, experienced in navigating Sprinklr, and eager to make an impact in social community management and social listening. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who’s ready to dig in and add value from day one.
**Please note: this is a contract position through June 30, 2026 with a high chance to extend**
Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Triage (70%)
- Monitor and triage inbound social media messages, comments, and mentions in Sprinklr.
- Identify opportunities for engagement and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
- Tag and categorize interactions to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all triaged responses and escalations.
- Identify and triage relevant content natively across social platforms.
Social Listening & Insights (30%)
- Build, refine, and maintain listening queries in Sprinklr.
- Track conversations, sentiment, and trends related to the gaming client, competitors, and the industry.
- Provide insights and summaries to help the client understand audience conversations and emerging topics.
- Support the broader team by surfacing actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Apply basic logical operators (AND, OR, NOT) to construct effective listening queries (e.g., “Gaming” AND “video” NOT (tabletop OR cards OR dice)).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr (ideal).
- Strong interest in gaming and familiarity with gaming culture and communities.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to tag and triage accurately.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and conversations into insights.
- Experience building queries or using logical operators (AND/OR/NOT) a plus.
- Proactive, independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Range:
$55,000-$68,000/yr
