Business/Finance Scriptwriter – $100-$150 Per Project
Hi! I’m Rob. I’m a busy, high level scriptwriter, who needs help managing my workload.
I’m looking for a writing assistant to help with a YouTube channel focused on long-form business documentaries.
I’ll provide you with detailed outlines, research, and the overall narrative arc. Your role is to turn those skeletons into engaging first drafts — scripts with scenes, curiosity loops, and momentum that feel like a story, not a Wikipedia summary.
I’m looking for someone long-term who wants consistent projects and steady collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
Story-first thinker: You can dramatize events with setup, tension, and payoff instead of writing “this happened, then this.”
Detail-driven: You naturally anchor paragraphs with dates, stats, and quotes so claims feel credible.
Critical partner: You build on outlines — adding irony, context, or character beats — instead of just inflating them.
Business minded: You understand how business works, or at least have an interest in it the inner workings of companies.
Job Requirements
Proven experience writing YouTube scripts, ideally in business or finance.
Moderate understanding of business.
Excellent written English skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to deliver 1,500–2,000 words weekly.
Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Willingness to dig deeper into research, articles, and reports when needed.
Familiarity with Notion is a bonus.
When applying, please include:
- A short introduction about yourself and your experience.
- Links or attachments to relevant YouTube scripts.
Please respond here or email “contact@robertvivian.com”.
If I like your work, I’ll send through a paid sample project. Looking forward to hearing from you!
