Brand Copywriter wanted: Mond – Up to $41/hr
We are looking for a seasoned Brand Copywriter who can bring our client’s brand voice to life across multiple touchpoints. You’ll be a critical member of our internal marketing team—developing content that captures attention, drives performance, and reinforces our leadership in the media and AdTech space.
This role requires a strategic storyteller who understands both performance marketing and brand development, equally comfortable crafting long-form content and punchy short-form copy. If you’ve worked in a media agency or adtech environment and know how to make complex ideas resonate, this is the role for you.
Day to Day:
- Help define and refine the brand voice and tone in collaboration with internal stakeholders and designers.
- Create long-form copy (approx. 50%) including blog posts, website content, and editorial-style assets.
- Develop short-form copy (approx. 50%) including paid social ads (LinkedIn), video scripts, landing pages, event promos, and more.
- Partner closely with design and creative teams to develop performance-oriented campaigns and branded content.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and aligns with broader brand and business objectives.
- Contribute to internal brainstorming and creative reviews, adding a copy-first POV to strategic discussions.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in a media agency or media adtech company.
- Strong portfolio of both long-form and short-form work, ideally with a B2B and performance focus.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, and how copy influences engagement and conversions.
- Experience writing for a variety of formats including digital, social, video, and web.
- A collaborative mindset and an ability to translate strategy into effective creative execution.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing or evolving a brand voice from the ground up.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, or CMS platforms.
- Exposure to writing for tech, SaaS, or marketing services companies.
