Banking & Fintech Editor
We’re looking for a great writer and business journalist to help us grow our sister publication, FinXTech. Currently, we offer a website, monthly newsletter, conferences and webinars that help technology leaders at banks and credit unions solve problems, learn from one another and connect with companies at the forefront of innovation. Rather than focusing on breaking news, you’ll have more time for a deep dive on topics important to our audience and a chance to do long-form journalism and in-depth research reports. You’ll also write and edit for Bank Director and Bank Director magazine, focusing on an audience of C-suite officers and board members.
You
You have a curious mind and can delve into topics that other writers may avoid, such as artificial intelligence, stablecoin and real-time payments. You’re an experienced business journalist with at least two to four years under your belt and can read and understand a public company’s financial statements. You know how to interview people and have a good number of published journalistic writing clips to prove it. You can tackle difficult topics with flair and want to be part of a supportive team of collaborators and journalists.
Us

These key leaders trust our team and products to keep pace with their ever-changing landscape. We do so through Bank Director magazine, BankDirector.com, FinXTech.com, newsletters, exclusive conferences, webinars, podcasts, research reports, a comprehensive membership program and various social media channels.
