Advanced Planning Document Writer – $60.00 per hour
Overview:
Seeking an experienced APD Writer to support Medicaid-related projects by developing Advanced Planning Documents and other technical documentation in alignment with federal and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) and related federal financial planning materials.
- Collaborate with project teams, management, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate it into clear, compliant documentation.
- Lead APD lifecycle activities: kickoff, review, and submission processes.
- Facilitate document reviews, ensure timely delivery, and maintain compliance with federal (CMS) regulations.
- Organize materials, write, edit, and proofread documents per agency standards (clarity, style, and terminology).
- Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, budget offices, and other stakeholders.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and SOPs as needed.
