We’re looking for a Social Media Ambassador & Digital Community Manager to fully own and energize our online presence — someone who knows how to feed the social media monster, build relationships, and turn engagement into growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Brand Presence
- Manage and grow ProAddiction’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Proactively source content from:
- Distributors
- Stylists
- Ambassadors & followers
- Initiate and manage collaborations with followers, creators, and professionals
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and premium aesthetic across all platforms
Paid Ads & Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social media ads
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Track performance, analyze results, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Community Management
- Actively engage with followers (comments, reactions, story replies)
- Respond to DMs in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner
- Build relationships with the community and strengthen brand loyalty
Distributor & Content Follow-Up
- Follow up with distributors for:
- Content
- Images
- Videos
- Campaign participation
- Coordinate content sharing and reposting with global partners
- Ensure consistent flow of fresh, authentic professional content
Customer Service & Website Support
- Respond to customer service emails professionally and efficiently
- Manage website inquiries and contact form messages
- Route technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand (beauty industry a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with paid social media ads
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple channels and priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of trends and digital culture
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Pay: $1,500.00 per month
