Social Media and Marketing Manager
As a TikTok Live Agent, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing TikTok Live creators. You will help them understand the agency system, meet performance milestones, and increase their earnings potential on the platform. This is a remote position ideal for driven individuals who are goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential TikTok Live creators using TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and other online platforms.
- Explain Future Holdings’ agency benefits and guide creators through onboarding and activation.
- Send and manage contracts using Docusign and ensure all onboarding steps are completed.
- Support creators through their first live sessions and performance milestone goals.
- Track and report creator performance, including live hours, earnings, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain regular communication with creators to provide motivation and feedback.
- Submit weekly progress reports to agency management.
Compensation
- Commission-based up to 50% share of agency revenue generated by your assigned creators.
- Additional performance bonuses available for new creator activations and milestone completions.
- Top-performing agents typically earn $2,000–$8,000+ per month depending on performance and team size.
- All payments are made on a 1099 basis (weekly or biweekly).
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TikTok Live or prior experience in digital media, marketing, or influencer management preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Professional conduct with attention to confidentiality and compliance.
- Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet connection.
