Position Overview:
- We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter, Growth to join our Growth Creative team and support our Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets.
 - You’ll be responsible for developing world-class copy that not only drives conversion for the business across various channels, but also elevates our brand voice.
 - This role requires someone who thrives on iteration, learns from performance signals, and approaches copy as a growth engine.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop smart, fast creative copy from concept to final execution across paid social & CRM
 - Collaborate with leaders of the CAN and ANZ teams to learn cultural nuances in messaging before gradually taking ownership in shaping it
 - Combine brand fidelity with growth objectives to create assets that entertain, educate, and convert. Success is measured in CTR, CPA, and downstream customer engagement
 - Partner with Growth, CRM, Social, Design, and Analytics teams to execute full-funnel campaigns and translate briefs into effective design outputs
 - Incorporate AI-based workflows (e.g., for ideation, subject line variation) to accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities
 - Test hypotheses, analyze results, and optimize. Share learnings with cross functional teams to refine long-term strategy
 - Identify opportunities across emerging ad platforms, placements, and creative formats, adapting quickly to multiple audiences
 
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio of paid social, CRM campaign work, and digital advertising
 - Personal experience in either the Canada, Australia, or New Zealand markets — or proven ability to adapt creative across regions
 - Proven ability to deliver exceptional performance copy at speed and scale
 - Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity to experiment with emerging tech
 - Experience working in high-growth or performance-driven environments
 - Strong organizational skills – able to juggle multiple priorities while hitting deadlines
 - Data-informed mindset. You see metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion lift) as elements that sharpen creativity
 - Strong process mindset & experience scaling workflows or messaging systems ? Exceptional communication and presentation skills, plus proven success collaborating with growth marketers and other cross-functional stakeholders
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep familiarity with paid social platforms and their creative best practices
 - Hands on experience with creative automation using AI
 - A keen eye for design and a thorough grasp on how art and copy come together
