Copywriter, HHS
As our part-time copywriter , you will research, write, and edit compelling content that supports our B2B marketing and communications strategy. From blog posts and ad copy to sales materials and thought leadership pieces, your work will help attract new business, strengthen our brand voice, and showcase the value of our solutions.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and customers to gather insights, conduct interviews, and translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives tailored to our audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Interview customers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to capture insights and data.
- Write various content formats—including blog posts, case studies, ad copy, landing pages, and sales collateral.
- Translate complex information into accessible, persuasive messaging for target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, marketers, editors) to create polished and impactful content.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Stay up to date on B2B marketing trends and best practices in content strategy.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience writing marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, ad copy, or sales enablement materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing across various content formats.
- Proofreading expertise and familiarity with AP Style Guide.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., healthcare, technology, professional services) is a plus, but not required.

- Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Ability to shift tone and format across different content types (long-form, short-form, digital, print).
- Skilled at researching complex topics and distilling them into clear, compelling content.
- Strong storytelling ability to craft engaging narratives that highlight business value.

- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills.
